Youth-led and Youth-driven
At the core of our efforts are young people's leadership, ownership, and meaningful engagement. This means looking at children, adolescents, and young people as more than beneficiaries of change, but as rights-holders, partners, and leaders of change.

Action and Impact-oriented
Our work moves from tokenistic practices, whereby young people are included in UN processes as a means of 'validation', to ensuring all our efforts are grassroots-led and action-oriented. We do this through connecting those grassroots calls to action to Member States and decision-makers.

Transparency and Accountability
We take very seriously our commitments, responsibilities, and duties to the diverse communities we represent. We seek to be fully transparent in our work. We also encourage you to hold us accountable and engage in dialogue with us to strengthen our collective work.

Intergenerational Partnerships
Intergenerational partnerships, solidarity, and justice are a prerequisite to getting us back on track and progressing on the 2030 Agenda. By listening to, learning from, and working with intergenerational friends, we are able to share power, build trust, and accelerate action.
